While out walking the dogs i noticed these wooden planks coming out of the water at the side of Cupwith reservoir. I knew instantly the shot i wanted to capture. I nice minimalistic long exposure image. The next day was a gorgeous sunrise so i took the camera back up, however i didnt come back with what i wanted. A few days later it was foggy on the moors so i thought this would be exactly what i needed but once again it just didnt seem to work. A few weeks later there was a frost on a very still calm morning. I knew this would be perfect. This time i had tweaked my image and knew exactly what to do. The frost on the wood just finished the shot off and made it better than i had imagined. Perservearence paid off
